The Jewish Community Federation values programs of extraordinary excellence.  We wish to recognize an outstanding program that has made a significant impact on the Jewish community within the JCF geographic area (San Francisco, the Peninsula, Marin and Sonoma Counties).  The winning program will address a need of recognized importance and be successful at maximizing community resources through the creative management of financial resources and interagency cooperation.
