Campus for Jewish Life $10,000,000
In support of the $150
million capital campaign for the development of the new Taube-Koret
Campus for Jewish Life, this grant goes towards a 12-acre property
in Palo Alto that will house the new 142,000-square-foot Jewish
Community Center, as well as 193 senior residence units and the
JCF’s regional office.
San Francisco Hillel, JCEF as fiscal
agent $100,000
A one-time
capital grant to support the acquisition of the property where
the SF Hillel house has been located for the past 24 years.
Evaluation Services, JCEF as fiscal agent $80,000
A one-year
reserve fund grant to support between 80 and 100 days of expert
evaluation services to review impact of past JCEF grants.
Project Kesher & Women’s American ORT $30,600
A one-time grant from the Paula Phillips restricted fund to support
equipment and software upgrades for six ORT KesherNet computer
centers providing vocational and job training to unemployed
and underemployed women in Belarus, Moldova, Russia and Ukraine.
