If you are in 8^th, 9^th, or 10^th grade and want to gain valuable leadership skills and experience, bond with socially conscious Jewish peers, and make a difference through realization of Jewish values, we invite you to apply to become one of the members on this grantmaking board. As a board member, you will:

• Boost your leadership skills
• Connect with Jewish youth
• Expand your Jewish identity
• Debate tough choices
• Engage in social justice issues
• Attend a fun, inspirational and well-planned weekend retreat
• Participate in skill-building seminars and youth-led Foundation Board meetings on seven Sunday afternoon meetings from December 2007 to May 2008
• Contribute to a pooled fund matched by donors
• Become an effective grantmaker and strategic youth philanthropist
