The theme of the weekend was leadership, a quality which the Fellows demonstrated by organizing beautiful and spiritual Shabbat services. They also divided into project groups and took part in a workshop in which they gained some valuable leadership tools in a workshop led by Marla Colman and Joanne Garfield from Partners in Peace. On the last day of the retreat the Fellows participated in a workshop on some of the dilemmas facing modern Israel.
