Parenting Matters: Jewish Wisdom for Mindful Parenting

Parenting Matters is an innovative parenting discussion group designed for interfaith and unaffiliated Jewish parents raising young children (five years of age and younger.  All parents are welcome in this warm, interactive 8-week program designed for learners of all levels.

Join us for a lively discussion series as we explore basic Jewish principles and how to connect them to our modern parenting concerns.  We will explore basic Jewish text and how to apply our learning into parenting practices, family rituals and spirituality in our homes. Our Parenting Matters discussion series is based on the experience and knowledge of the successful Boston program, Ikkarim.

This program is designed for parents of children newborn to five and begins in the early April in both San Rafael and Berkeley.

We welcome those who would like to connect with the Jewish community and encourage participation of interfaith families, couples and significant others in this program.

For more details about the program, please view our new brochure and registration page!
