Parenting Matters: Jewish Wisdom for Mindful Parenting
An innovative adult learning group for parents of young children
Parenting Matters is an 8-week adult learning group designed for parents raising young children in interfaith and Jewish families.
Join us for a lively discussion series as we explore basic Jewish principles and how to connect them to our modern parenting concerns. We will explore Jewish texts and how to apply our learning into parenting practices, family rituals and spirituality in our homes.
We welcome those who would like to connect with the Jewish community and encourage participation of interfaith families, couples and significant others in this program.
This program is designed for parents of children newborn to five and is held in both the Fall and Spring.
Our Parenting Matters discussion series is based on the experience and knowledge of the successful Boston program, Ikkarim. All levels of learners are welcome.
