Dear friends,
Please join me in a very special day of great celebration and fun. On Sunday, June 7, 2009, an estimated 20,000 people will gather at Israel in the Gardens (IIG) to celebrate Jewish Culture, Israel’s 61st anniversary and the Tel Aviv centennial with the hottest and freshest in Israeli music, film, and food in town!
Music headliner Ivri Lider, gifted songwriter, composer, producer is part of an exciting day awaiting you at Yerba Buena Gardens.
This year, Jewish Bay Area singles 35-50 will have their own special celebration at the Gardens. Start the day with a private architectural tour of the Contemporary Jewish Museum, picnic together in a pre-reserved area in the Gardens, watch the concert together, and end the day with a night of fun at the After Party celebration. Do it all, do some of it, but do (something)! The gathering will bring together singles from all over the Bay Area; you’ll be able to meet and make many new friends.

Check out the map for our location, right next to the round stone stage - the orange triangle. |
The Concert: (3:00- 5:00 p.m.)
The Havurah will gather together to sing and dance to the beat of Ivri Lider. Havurah members can chose to stay where they’re having the picnic or move to the grassy area near the stage; left side facing the stage. Map
