To complete your tribute gift, please follow these instructions:

1. Complete the registration form on the first screen and press Submit.
2. Enter the amount of your donation.
3. Choose Donor-Advised Philanthropic Fund for the Designation field.
4. Enter your credit card information.
5. In the Comments field enter the name of the specific Donor-Advised Philanthropic Fund and the occasion for the gift.
6. Enter the honoree’s name in the “In Honor of/In Memory of” field and indicate where the gift notification should be sent.
